Senior Business Analyst (CMS & E-commerce)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into technical specifications
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Work closely with development teams for accurate solution implementation
• Provide expertise in CMS or e-commerce platforms (e.g., AEM, Contentful, Contentstack, Shopify, Drupal, Commercetools, Bigcommerce, Hybris)
• Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Support testing efforts and conduct user acceptance testing

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
• Strong English proficiency at B2+ level
• Hands-on experience with at least one content management system or e-commerce platform
• Analytical skills to evaluate business processes
• Organizational skills for project management
