We are in search of a seasoned Senior Business Analyst specializing in Supply Chain to become part of our remote workforce. In this capacity, you will work intimately with business units, local and regional IT departments, and numerous software vendors to devise and implement solutions that precisely address the operational needs within the supply chain and logistics domains.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Greece.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements that align with project and business goals, specifically within the Supply Chain & Logistics sectors
- Create both functional and technical specifications based on identified business requirements
- Aid users in functional acceptance testing and support the deployment updates of new or enhanced applications to ensure smooth project roll-outs
- Participate in the planning and deployment of retail and Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions
- Collaborate with internal business and technical groups to consolidate and finalize requirements
- Serve as an expert, offering both support and administrative oversight in designated functional areas throughout the project lifecycle and beyond
- Provide both functional and technical assistance to guarantee system functionality and efficiency, and conduct training sessions for end users to aid in change management, in partnership with Regional IT

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Supply Chain Management
- Expertise in managing relationships with stakeholders, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in documenting BA artifacts, ensuring detailed and accurate process and requirement documentation
- Ability to plan and coordinate business analysis tasks in line with project deadlines and goals
- Effective management of business analysis data, ensuring both precision and ease of access
- Fluent in English, maintaining a B2 level proficiency or higher
- Proficiency in using advanced data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly those utilized in supply chain management
- Demonstrated capability to operate effectively in a multicultural setting, improving team communication and collaboration
