We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to projects across diverse business domains.
In this role, you'll collaborate with clients from the US, Europe or the Middle East, establishing robust business analysis strategies for projects of varying scales and complexities while learning and sharing best practices within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan Business Analysis, including Business Analysis Information Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Communication (artifacts templates, document structure, process flow, etc.)
  • Translate business needs into requirements (Functional, Non-functional, Transition)
  • Tailor the documentation framework to fit the project's requirements, whether by creating new or adapting existing frameworks
  • Select requirements, change management approach and ensure the correct level of traceability to support it
  • Manage project/product backlog

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership
  • Proficiency in steering Business Analysis activities across all delivery phases (e.g., elicitation, requirements management, etc.)
  • Ability to adhere to a structured software development process, swiftly acquiring project and domain knowledge from diverse sources
  • Expertise in project/product scope management
  • Skills in generating various requirement types including those for business, user, system and transition purposes
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
  • Understanding of CS/IT basics robust enough to work on integration projects
  • B2+ English, both verbal and written
Nice to have
  • Track record in working with clients from the Middle East region
  • Background in Oil and Gas or E-commerce domains
