Responsibilities

• Choose the appropriate business analysis approaches and techniques for various projects
• Handle and understand different strategies for stakeholder management
• Identify and plan business analysis activities, integrating them into the overall project plan
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of business analysis tasks
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards and align with organizational objectives
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Associate Analysts within the team

• 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis
• Strong understanding of business analysis approaches and stakeholder management
• Proficient in using JIRA for project and task management
• Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and collaboration
• Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel or similar
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks
• Knowledge of BPMN for process modeling
• Competency in project management software like MS Project or similar
• English language level - C1 and higher, both verbal and written

• Ability to identify and plan own activities and deliverables within a project
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work independently and within a team
