We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Product/Business Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of scientific software.
The candidate will develop and manage a product roadmap and define how product success and value delivery are measured for their product.
The position will involve regular interactions with scientists as part of a cross-regional and multidisciplinary network of researchers, computational biologists, cheminformaticians, data scientists and software engineers.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision and roadmap based on business need and scientific research
- Stay updated on the latest chemistry research trends, competing products, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement
- Conduct business interviews, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships with scientific users and SMEs
- Identify, define, and prioritize product requirements and features based on scientific and customer insights
- Work closely with software engineers, cheminformaticians, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into user stories, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of high-quality chemistry-related products
- Plan and conduct product release (SDLC), validation, usability testing, and other evaluation methods to ensure product performance and compliance with scientific standards and regulations
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancements or new product iterations

- BSc or MSc in related field with at least 3 years' experience in Healthcare industry or academic settings
- Product management experience as well as domain knowledge in a core drug discovery scientific discipline such as biology, chemistry, or computational sciences
- Understanding of drug discovery and medicinal chemistry, with the ability to effectively communicate with collaborative scientists from diverse backgrounds is a huge advantage
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum and SDLC best practices
- Strong user-centric approach to product development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high professional standards with strong ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Excellent communications skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify and explain complex biological problems to data scientists and software engineers
