We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester (Python) to join our vibrant team. This position is ideal for professionals who are adept at enhancing software quality through automated testing, particularly using Python. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will lead quality engineering efforts, manage testing teams, and devise efficient testing strategies.

Responsibilities
- Employ automation tools within the Python ecosystem to improve test efficiency
- Manage and align the activities of the Quality Engineering team to ensure timely completion of objectives
- Provide regular updates on testing progress to both the Lead and Delivery Manager
- Oversee all Quality Engineering tasks, from analyzing user stories with a focus on optimizing business processes to executing comprehensive end-to-end testing
- Develop and maintain detailed test cases and scenarios
- Maintain and advocate for rigorous testing standards and protocols
- Review and provide constructive feedback on test cases formulated by team members
- Ensure the test repository is consistently updated with all test documentation
- Execute tests, identify bugs, and document issues accurately
- Conduct demonstrations at the end of each sprint to showcase test results and findings

- At least 3 years of experience in Automated Testing, with strong skills in Python
- Deep knowledge in defect management, including meticulous tracking and resolution
- Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly with Healthcare Payer systems, Medical Claims Processing, and Provider Management
- Skilled in creating, documenting, and assessing test cases
- Capable of providing accurate test estimations to support project planning
- Fluent in English, possessing strong communication skills at a B2 level or higher
- Advanced skills in Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance testing capabilities in cloud environments
- Experience with performance testing tools to ensure applications perform optimally
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and project success
