We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal for someone who thrives on ensuring software quality through automated testing methods, primarily the Python framework. As a Senior Automation Tester, you will lead quality engineering activities, manage testing teams, and drive the development of efficient testing strategies. Your technical expertise will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing the reliability and performance of our systems. Working hours are until 18 pm CET.

Responsibilities
- Leverage automation tools within the Python framework to enhance testing efficiency
- Manage and prioritize Quality Engineering team activities to ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Provide regular updates on project status to the Lead and Delivery Manager
- Oversee the full cycle of Quality Engineering activities, including the review and comprehension of user stories, focusing on business processes and comprehensive end-to-end testing
- Develop and document detailed test cases and scenarios
- Adhere to and enforce established testing standards and procedures
- Review and provide constructive feedback on test cases created by team members
- Maintain and update the central test repository with all test cases
- Execute tests, identify defects, and ensure accurate logging of issues
- Facilitate demonstrations at the end of each sprint to review test results and findings

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automated Tester, specifically with expertise in Python
- Proficient in defect management to ensure thorough tracking and resolution of issues
- Experience in the healthcare sector, specifically with Healthcare Payer systems, Medical Claims Processing, and Provider Management
- Skilled in developing, documenting, and reviewing test cases
- Capable of providing accurate test estimations to support project planning
- Fluent in English with communication skills at a B2 level or higher
- Advanced knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance testing capabilities in cloud environments
- Experience with performance testing tools to ensure optimal operation of applications
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, contributing effectively to team dynamics and project success
