We are actively seeking an experienced Senior Automated Testing Engineer in Python in
Guadalajara to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our testing team, leveraging automation to improve testing efficiency and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities

• Leverage automation where possible, utilizing Python frameworks to improve testing efficiency
• Manage QE team activities, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining control over project timelines and deliverables
• Provide timely status updates to the Lead and Delivery Manager regarding project progress and issues
• Participate in the full cycle of QE activities, including review and understanding of user stories, test case creation, adherence to established standards, and procedures, and execution of tests
• Review test cases created by peers and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality
• Publish test cases to the central test repository for team visibility and access
• Conduct demos at the end of sprints to showcase testing results and facilitate stakeholder feedback

• Strong experience in Python with a focus on automation testing
• Proven capability to manage team activities and effectively prioritize tasks
• Excellent understanding of the full cycle of QE activities, including test case creation and execution
• Familiarity with standards and procedures in software testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• B2+ English level proficiency

• Experience with Agile methodologies and participating in sprint planning and reviews
• Familiarity with test management tools and frameworks
• Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance
