We are looking for a Senior Application Support Specialist with expertise in T24 Transact.
This position involves delivering critical production support to guarantee smooth operational workflows. You will take a proactive role in resolving incidents, managing problems, and pushing for continuous improvements in services.
Please note that work from the customer office 2 days per week is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Temenos Transact applications
- Ensure operational stability and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
- Oversee problem management processes to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements
- Leverage SQL and Unix shell scripting for log analysis and diagnostics
- Ensure effective support for production environments and RTB operations
- Monitor and optimize banking interfaces, APIs, and middleware performance
- Use tools like Service Now and JIRA for issue tracking and resolution
- Automate tasks to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Engage in CI/CD pipelines and manage repositories using version control tools
- Support containerized applications utilizing Kubernetes
- Apply ITIL principles for structured service management practices
- Maintain familiarity with banking operations and transaction workflows
- Adopt monitoring solutions to track system health and availability
- Record incidents and create detailed documentation for resolution steps
- Collaborate effectively with different internal teams

- Minimum 3 years of experience in application support with T24 Transact
- Knowledge of core banking operations and RTB activities
- Proficiency in SQL and Unix shell scripting
