We are seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support via email, chat, and phone
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage escalations from customers and lead them to satisfactory resolutions
- Collaborate with engineers across various technical and product domains to address complex issues
- Consult with senior engineers and subject matter experts to expedite problem resolution
- Transfer cases to and from other geographical regions for continuous support for premium clients
- Adhere to communication guidelines and security policies when interacting with clients
- Categorize support requests for effective analytics and reporting
- Create support documentation and share knowledge with the team
- Stay updated on the latest cloud technologies and enhance technical skills

- Experience in technical support or application support roles, minimum 3 years
- Background in Linux or Unix with familiarity in tools like lsof and Netstat
- Proficiency in SQL at a basic level
- Skills in Python at a basic level
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
- Fluent English communication skills at a C1 level
- Availability to cover one weekend day, either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
