Senior AEM Developer

We're looking for a Senior AEM Developer to lead the development of a headless e-commerce platform and content management system. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building effective solutions while collaborating with a team that values quality, innovation, and cross-functional synergy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions within AEM Digital Assets Management and Sites, ensuring high availability, performance, and maintainability
• Act as the main technical support resource during business hours in the EST time zone
• Participate in an on-call support rotation (with additional compensation)
• Integrate AEM with other platforms and systems in collaboration with engineering and product teams
• Write clean, efficient code in Java and Kotlin, aligned with quality standards and best practices
• Ensure robust test coverage with unit and integration testing; support test automation initiatives
• Oversee deployment processes and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines
• Investigate and resolve production issues through log analysis and monitoring tools
• Provide consistent progress updates and maintain transparency via project management tools
• Conduct peer code reviews to uphold coding quality and mentor junior developers

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Assets and Sites)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with modern technologies including React, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with monitoring and automation tools such as Grafana and Jenkins
• Strong communication skills and prior client-facing experience
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher)

• Experience with Kubernetes environments
• Knowledge of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud
• Experience working with external APIs and third-party integrations
