Senior AEM Developer

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of high-performance solutions in AEM Digital Assets Management and Sites, with a strong emphasis on scalability and stability
• Take ownership of technical support and production issue resolution during Eastern Standard business hours
• Participate in an on-call rotation (additional compensation included)
• Work closely with engineers, QA, and product teams to integrate AEM with various tools and systems
• Develop well-structured, maintainable code in Java and Kotlin, ensuring all quality benchmarks are met
• Partner with QA engineers to ensure thorough test coverage through unit and integration testing
• Maintain and improve deployment pipelines, ensuring reliable delivery
• Troubleshoot issues using logging and monitoring systems for fast problem resolution
• Keep stakeholders informed by maintaining up-to-date project documentation and reports
• Perform regular code reviews to promote coding standards and team growth

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with AEM Digital Assets and Sites
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices and CI/CD concepts
• Solid experience with React, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform
• Comfortable using tools like Grafana and Jenkins
• Strong communication skills with direct client interaction experience
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Kubernetes experience
• Background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud
• Understanding of other third-party system integrations
