We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with a strong project management background for our Financial Services / Investment Management company.
We're focused on creating a top-class Data Platform with Cloud (Azure) integration amidst our ongoing transformation process by introducing SAFe. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in embedding Agile best practices within our teams as we evolve.

Responsibilities
- Lead the scrum team by implementing Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Monitor project timelines
- Identify, track, report on, and escalate project risks
- Engage deeply in daily team and project activities
- Identify and eliminate obstacles, coaching the team on addressing impediments
- Gather and analyze project metrics
- Conduct and optimize the effectiveness of meetings
- Work closely with product owners to manage project scope and backlogs
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders to manage their expectations
- Foster customer satisfaction and address their needs
- Coach the team towards higher levels of scrum maturity
- Offer training to team members as required

- 2+ years of experience as a scrum master or project manager
- Background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility and team collaboration
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and mentoring abilities

- Motivated and capable of maintaining focus amidst distractions
- Competency in conflict resolution and prevention
