SAP Functional Consultant (SAP CAR)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in POS integration to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating new business models in S4/SAP Retail, migrating and enhancing templates from R3 to S4, and simplifying and unifying calc schemes. This role involves end-to-end responsibility from Store application to SAP, covering both movements and sales figures.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Support the SAP team in daily operations and issue resolution
  • Implement and customize SAP Retail/S4 modules according to client needs
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions

  • Expertise in SAP Retail and S4/Hana
  • Proficiency in SAP CAR
  • Knowledge of SAP Retail/S4 modules including Master Data (Articles, Prices, Customers), POS Interface, and Omnichannel Processes
  • Understanding of tax setup for various regions (USA, Canada, Brazil, and airports)
  • Skills in revenue posting, inventory management, and account determination within SAP Retail/S4
  • Flexibility to work remotely with regular trips to Stuttgart, Germany (3 days monthly)
  • Strong communication skills
  • English language proficiency at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Experience with Master data supply to external partners, MDE, health insurance companies
  • Familiarity with sales view and POS view
  • Background in country customizing
