Responsibilities

• Develop and manage scalable solutions utilizing Salesforce Primary Clouds
• Manage the implementation of Salesforce projects ensuring adherence to industry standards
• Build and enrich a profound comprehension of business processes and the system landscape
• Collaborate with various teams to pinpoint areas for process optimization
• Offer support and guidance to junior Salesforce developers and administrators
• Safeguard data integrity and security within Salesforce environments
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities for business enhancement
• Deliver workshops and training sessions to improve user engagement with Salesforce
• Address and remedy intricate issues during Salesforce implementations
• Record architectural solutions and design specifications for use in future projects

• A minimum of 10 years of applied hands-on experience in Salesforce Primary Clouds
• 2+ years' experience in a Salesforce Architect role
• Proficiency in Salesforce, including Sales, Service, and Community Cloud
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
• Background in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in large-scale environments
• Understanding of best practices in Salesforce integrations and customizations
• Capability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
• English level C1+ for effective communication with stakeholders
