Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Datorama, Salesforce configurations, VisualForce, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment
- Develop and maintain Flow, Aura component, and Lightning web components
- Collaborate with global teams to manage large-scale Salesforce projects
- Adapt strategies in response to changes affecting programs and effectively resolve issues to optimize outcomes
- Operate within an Agile environment and contribute to product scrum teams
- Qualifications in Salesforce including both Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Background in managing global Salesforce projects with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integration (MCI) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Proficiency in VisualForce, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura component, and Lightning web component
- Understanding of Agile methodology and proven adaptability to changing project scopes
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Multicultural and multidisciplinary team collaboration experience
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities
