We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and drive outbound lead generation efforts by strategically reaching out to high-value targets and corporate customers. In this role, you will employ a consultative approach to assess customer needs and develop a deep understanding of their business challenges. You will quickly develop an advanced understanding of our product and its application to specific customers, build a robust pipeline, and provide accurate weekly forecasts on new prospects. Additionally, you will help iterate on our sales process and measure its effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Drive outbound lead generation efforts, field inbound leads, and mine leads in our CRM
- Strategically reach out to high-value targets and corporate customers by email, phone, and in-person to demonstrate our ability to amplify their effectiveness
- Contribute to Account Executive calls and throughout the sales process to build your skillset holistically in preparation for the next step of your career
- Employ a consultative approach in assessing customer needs and developing an understanding of their business challenges
- Develop an advanced understanding of our product and its application to specific customers
- Build a robust pipeline and provide accurate weekly forecasts on new prospects
- Help iterate on our sales process and measure its effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, or Communications
- At least 1 year of experience in SaaS sales with previous cold calling experience required
- Experience in Electronic Gaming Industry preferred
- Ability to learn and understand new products and technology quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal/external clients
- Outstanding time management skills and results-driven with a competitive nature
- Commitment to becoming an Account Executive
- Fluent in English (B2+ or higher) for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
- Experience in the Electronic Gaming Industry will be an advantage
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to travel (5-10%) for trade show events and enterprise briefings
- Proven track record of consistently hitting quota and activity metrics
- Understanding of the Software Engineering industry and its business challenges
