Responsibilities

• Carry out tests and automate testing procedures for a variety of data storage solutions, including clustered and network file systems
• Create and upkeep test automation scripts utilizing Pytest
• Develop integration test scripts for use in Continuous Integration (CI) systems
• Troubleshoot scripts on physical hardware to detect and address issues
• Collaborate extensively with software developers within the Scrum framework to ensure optimal quality in software development and delivery
• Continually refine automation methods and tools to boost testing productivity and outcomes

• Qualifications in software development with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, specifically in distributed storage systems
• Expertise in Python
• Familiarity with Linux & Networking
• Background in testing distributed file systems, network protocols, and parallel file systems
• Competency in analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in communication skills with the capability to function effectively in a team-based setting
• Capability to swiftly learn and adjust to new technologies and environments
