Responsibilities

• Build a solid framework, define roles, and establish effective communication for project initiation
• Coordinate with technical teams, understand their workflows, and ensure quality engineering output aligned with project requirements
• Cultivate relationships with customers, understand their needs, and consistently deliver value
• Enhance the value proposition of the project, upsell to clients, and identify opportunities for pitching product offerings
• Ensure project completion on time with quality and stakeholder satisfaction
• Guide technical decision-making processes and ensure alignment with project goals and industry best practices

• 5+ years of experience in project/delivery management
• Experience with RFI, RFP, Up-sales, Cross-sales, and Pre-sales, showcasing the ability to support project managers in the presales process
• Involvement in discovery, proof of concept, and end-to-end delivery of projects
• Proficiency in managing projects using Fixed Price approach
• Strong operational project management skills, including efficiently managing tasks, teams, and resources for project progress
