Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements and quality standards
• Act as the intermediary between the project team, stakeholders, and clients, coordinating and communicating effectively to align expectations and deliver successful outcomes
• Conducting feasibility studies or requirement gathering and developing project scopes, which include defining project goals, key performance indicators, and resource requirements
• Creating detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables, utilizing project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum
• Working closely with architects, developers, and designers
• Assigning tasks and monitoring progress, adjusting as needed to address any delays or unexpected issues. This includes Conflict Management, both internally and with the client

• 2-3 years of experience leading projects or directly taking on project management tasks/roles
• Previous experience in any tech sector, development projects and experience in development
• Proactive and a fast learner, adapting resourcefully to key technologies used in different projects, to effectively communicate and make informed decisions regarding technical aspects
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to manage team dynamics and address challenges that arise during the project
• Great soft skills, empathy, and good work dynamics within a team
• Knowledge of Spanish
