We are seeking a Project Administrator and focus on IT planning & finance to join our team. The successful candidate will work with our client based in Singapore.
He/she will beresponsible for supporting the effective planning, reporting, and financial oversight of the projects and initiatives. This role focuses on driving governance processes, ensuring alignment between strategic IT plans, and maintaining robust financial management practices. The individual will work closely with internal teams to execute financial reporting, project planning, and budgeting activities across the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Project Pipeline and Portfolio Management: Support the development and reporting of the TG project pipeline, including tracking and analyzing project performance and key deliverables
- Business-As-Usual (BAU) Reporting: Assist in preparing BAU performance reports for ongoing initiatives and align with overall strategic goals
- Manpower Planning: Contribute to TG manpower planning processes, ensuring adequate staffing for IT projects and initiatives based on current and future needs
- Transformation Office Support: Assist in activities related to the Transformation Office, helping to align project governance with the Digital Government Blueprint and other long-term strategic plans
- Governance Frameworks: Assist in the implementation of IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards
- Budgeting and Financial Planning: Support the preparation of the annual financial budget, working with divisions to ensure accurate forecasting of project costs and IT resource allocation
- Financial Reporting: Assist in tracking financial performance across projects, including monthly and quarterly reporting on expenses, revenue, and capital expenditures
- Asset Ownership and Management: Support the implementation of the asset ownership framework, tracking and managing IT assets, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained
- Workday Data Management: Assist in the management and maintenance of the TG Workday data management framework, ensuring financial data is accurate, updated, and aligned with the project objectives
- Expense Tracking and Forecasting: Collaborate with divisions to execute monthly financial forecasts, tracking variances and ensuring budget adherence

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of practical experience in IT governance, project planning, or financial management
- Strong understanding of IT project planning methodologies and governance frameworks
- Proficiency in financial budgeting, expense tracking, and project portfolio management
- Familiarity with financial and resource management tools (e.g., Workday)
- Knowledge of IT budgeting frameworks
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
