Responsibilities
  • Accurately maintain and securely store all employee records
  • Create and manage a range of HR documents, including letters, certificates, addendums, and contracts
  • Effectively handle the administration of employee leave requests
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Provide guidance on best practices for internal policies, labor relations, and HR processes
  • Manage and coordinate the auditing processes for HR documentation
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative role, with a focus on managing employee documentation
  • Proven track record of maintaining and securing employee files in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Familiar with HR practices across the employee lifecycle
  • Committed to comprehending and adhering to local employment laws
  • Skilled in producing and managing HR documents such as salary letters, addendum agreements, and termination notices
  • Able to efficiently organize HR events and meetings, possessing strong interpersonal skills including empathy, public speaking, and effective communication
  • Proficient in English at a B1 level or higher for handling written communication and documentation
  • Skilled in providing advice on internal HR policies, labor relations, and enhancing procedural efficiencies
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities, with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
