Responsibilities
- Conduct case reviews to ensure quality standards are met in alignment with KPIs and SLAs
- Support audits by analyzing findings and contributing to action plans for improvement
- Assist in tracking and resolving QA issues, ensuring closure of identified challenges
- Collaborate with the team to maintain case accuracy and high CSAT scores
- Identify and report QA challenge areas, contributing to team improvement initiatives
- Provide support for quality-related feedback and follow-ups through case flagger tools

- At least 2 years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance
- Solid QA profile with basic knowledge of technical environments
- Strong analytical skills to assess QA reports, identify missing resolutions, and ensure proper categorization
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coaching and team interaction
- Ability to adapt to new responsibilities and adjust to changing business requirements
- Experience in generating and presenting QA reports and KPIs
- Basic familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and willingness to contribute to process improvements
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to identify areas for improvement
- B2+ English level
