Middle JavaScript Developer

We are actively seeking a skilled Middle JavaScript Developer with a strong background in React Native to become part of our diverse international team. This role involves working on our Reading and Listening applications, where you will collaborate with other developers specialized in React Native, iOS, and Android. Our aim is to continually develop new features and maintain an exceptional reading and listening experience for our users. Responsibilities

• Partner with your team to build, refresh, and uphold React Native features for both iOS and Android mobile applications
• Engage closely with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements and transform them into technical specifications
• Craft clean, sustainable, and effective code that complies with best practices and coding standards
• Tackle and rectify technical challenges including performance issues, application crashes, and other defects
• Conduct code reviews and deliver constructive feedback to boost team effectiveness

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree is advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in JavaScript development, with a significant emphasis on React Native
• High proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, as well as modern front-end development tools
• Knowledge of native build tools like Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle
• Proven experience with backend service integration
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices
• Proficient in using Git for version control and experienced with collaborative development practices
• Ability to develop thorough unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
• Fluent in English, with a B2 level of proficiency or higher

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
• Background in iOS development
