In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and automating cloud infrastructure while ensuring high availability and performance. You will provide production support, implement proactive monitoring, and improve CI/CD processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Provide production support
- Implement proactive monitoring and observability solutions
- Control and track incidents, ensuring timely resolution
- Document relevant processes, configurations, and incidents
- Set up CI/CD pipelines for migrated components
- Write automation scripts and configurations for operations-related tasks
- Execute change requests, including access management, deployments, and data changes
- Resolve L2 service requests

- 2+ years of experience in production support
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Lambda, Elasticsearch, SQS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and AWS Config
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CLI
- Understanding of ITIL and SDLC best practices
- Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation
- B2+ English level
- Experience with CI/CD setup using Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Strong automation mindset, aiming to "automate everything"
- Additional production support experience in complex environments
