Middle Business/Systems Analyst

We are looking for a proactive Business/System Analyst to join a project in the Business Systems and Services domain.
In this role, you will contribute to managing, developing, and maintaining the systems and tools that support the company's operations, processes, and services across multiple locations worldwide.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop functional and non-functional/technical requirements
  • Maintain requirements documentation
  • Collaborate closely with end users and stakeholders
  • Manage and decompose tasks in Jira, estimate them with the development team, and monitor completion deadlines
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to enable inter-system integrations
  • Consult the team and end users regarding requirements, functionality, and the subject area throughout the project's lifecycle

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or System Analyst
  • B2+ level in English
  • Background in Business Analysis activities across various project phases
  • Stakeholder management expertise
  • Understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum framework, and overall SDLC
  • Familiarity with API integrations
  • Competency in using Postman and Swagger
  • Working understanding of Databases
  • Background in software development or QA engineering considered a plus
