Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct A/B testing on our websites through Optimizely
- Interpret test results and relay insights to appropriate stakeholders
- Conduct quality assurance checks in the development environment to verify the proper execution of tests
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, understanding their requirements, challenges, and objectives
- Guide and mentor junior analysts within the team
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Web Analyst
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Expertise in data visualization techniques and tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of Optimizely products and solutions
- Robust experience in web analytics, with a focus on A/B/n testing and optimization
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and forge strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Fluent English communication skills, at a B2 level or higher
- Experience with diverse web analytics tools
