Responsibilities

  • Manage and conduct A/B testing on our websites through Optimizely
  • Interpret test results and relay insights to appropriate stakeholders
  • Conduct quality assurance checks in the development environment to verify the proper execution of tests
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, understanding their requirements, challenges, and objectives
  • Guide and mentor junior analysts within the team

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Web Analyst
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Expertise in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Optimizely products and solutions
  • Robust experience in web analytics, with a focus on A/B/n testing and optimization
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and forge strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Fluent English communication skills, at a B2 level or higher
