We are looking for a skilled Lead UX Designer to join our Data Consumption (E2E) team.
In this position, you will get to shape a web portal for our Data & Analytics Platform by creating a comprehensive hub for various data services. Your skills will significantly improve the user experience of our complex enterprise platform through the integration of multiple data functionalities into a cohesive, smooth interface.

Responsibilities
- Design and improve the user interface and experience for our complex enterprise applications
- Develop interactive prototypes in Figma and create high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate UX concepts
- Work with team members, including designers, engineers, product owners, and domain experts to ensure UX solutions align with technical specifications and business goals
- Ensure that all designs follow the principles of Angular Material Design and achieve consistent application across the platform
- Perform usability testing to collect feedback and make necessary design adjustments
- Concentrate on enterprise UX with a focus on enhancing workflow efficiency and improving data interaction for enterprise users

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing complex, data-intensive, or enterprise applications
- Over 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and UI design
- Background in Angular and Material Design along with an understanding of front-end constraints
- Familiarity with design systems and the flexibility to evolve them as needed
- Deep understanding of enterprise UX specifically aimed at optimizing workflows and designing for efficiency
- Ability to work seamlessly with developers to ensure designs are effectively implemented
- Analytical mindset to evaluate user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
- Background in leading design projects or teams
- Experience in data analytics environments
- Proficiency in other UX design tools
