We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to join our UX team, reporting to the director of User Experience Design. In this role, you will own all aspects of a user-centered design lifecycle, including interaction design, UI design, prototyping, and basic usability testing. You will work closely with many parts of the Infoblox organization, including our UX design team, Product managers, Engineering, and Product Marketing, to ensure on-time and successful delivery of our products and solutions.

Responsibilities
- Help Product managers define strategy and vision from a user perspective, focusing on the "why" behind designs
- Participate in Product strategy meetings and facilitate the vision through competitive research, sketching, prototyping, and design solutions
- Break down requirements into user flows, detailed wireframes, and journey maps, creating detailed design documentation and prototypes for Engineering handoff
- Apply and contribute to the design system, ensuring consistency and enhancing design standards
- Present product features and design decisions to stakeholders, backed by solid design principles
- Manage timelines efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and advocate for product quality with a strong focus on user experience
- 8+ years of UX design-related experience with a portfolio that shows a concrete understanding of design fundamentals and best practices
- Experience with Figma and the ability to learn new tools
- Proven ability to articulate user needs into a compelling narrative and deliver that vision through designs and workflows
- Ability to influence and lead internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver designs
- Excellent communications capability for written, verbal, and presentation/collateral mediums
- Network management, security, and cybersecurity enterprise software domain knowledge required
- Bachelor's or master's degree in interaction design, user experience design, human factors, industrial design, business design, engineering, or a UX design-related field from a reputed institute
- A portfolio that includes three projects containing UX & UI design work for enterprise web products and showcases execution of UCD activities
- Network management, security, and cyber security enterprise product design experience is an added advantage
