We are seeking a Lead Systems Engineer who will be instrumental in coaching team members, managing tasks, and improving platform automation.

Responsibilities
- Coach the team on best practices and delegate tasks effectively
- Coordinate coverage and resolve conflicts within the team
- Enhance platform automation and continuous improvement
- Prioritize tasks effectively and provide application support
- Manage incidents and contribute to problem resolution
- Analyze operations and compile reports on system performance
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a systems engineering role or related field
- Background in Site Reliability Engineering
- Proficiency in Python and PowerShell with a strong drive for automation
- Qualifications in Azure infrastructure including networking and operating systems
- Capability to use Azure DevOps pipelines; familiarity with GCP is a plus
- Understanding of Kubernetes and Containers; knowledge of AKS is a plus
- Competency in debugging and troubleshooting
- Skills to handle operational issues with awareness for task prioritization
- Experience in Incident Management, including participation in Post-Mortem and RCAs
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure logs
- Understanding of Istio and Bastion
- Experience working with both Windows and Linux environments
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch
