We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant to make the team even stronger.
As a key member of our team, you'll take charge of leveraging Salesforce solutions to boost business processes, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, and ensuring a high-quality implementation that aligns with business goals.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Define the scope and project size
- Drive projects using Agile Methodologies
- Facilitate requirements workshops, gather and analyse requirements and obtain sign-off
- Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes
- Create epic, user stories for Salesforce Engineers including Salesforce design suggestions
- Work with our QA team by reviewing use case tests and testing outputs to ensure that the solution meets the requirements
- Support stakeholders and business units through UAT, and triage bugs
- Help Salesforce engineers perform root cause analysis
- Provide Train-the-Trainer and functional documentation and sessions
- Support projects through post-go-live & hyper-care activities

- Proficient CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales, onboarding, offboarding) and process mapping skills
- 5+ years working on the Salesforce.com Platform
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification
- Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio)
- Team player (easy & respectful communications, shares responsibilities for the team overall success)
- 3+ experience in implementing onboarding and offboarding processes, KYC and compliance
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills & self-management
- Ability to quickly learn & adapt to new situations
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others
- Respond constructively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
