Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide Salesforce development efforts across UI and API implementations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools like Copado and their integrations
  • Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) methods to create high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Ensure code quality through robust coding standards, peer reviews, and best practices
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to maintain system integrity and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Mentor and support team members in Salesforce development and technical upskilling
  • Drive the delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to deployment and ongoing support
  • Enhance team velocity and capability by identifying areas for improvement in process and collaboration
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, code, and design decisions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience in Salesforce development, including UI and API
  • Knowledge of CI/CD with tools like Copado or willingness to upskill
  • Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies and their application
  • Proficiency in ensuring code quality and adhering to coding standards
  • Background in monitoring and maintaining production environments for stability and performance
  • Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications through APIs
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to mentor others and lead team initiatives
  • Capability to analyze and implement solutions that align with both technical and business needs
  • Showcase of problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing fixes
