We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our expanding team to strengthen our capabilities and accelerate our development cycles in the Salesforce ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce development practices and will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions to meet the dynamic needs of our clients. This role requires strong client-facing skills, team leadership, and the ability to design and implement robust architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Cooperate with Technical Architects in designing and leading the implementation of Salesforce solutions to fulfill business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other platforms using middleware solutions
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure streamlined deployment processes
  • Implement test-driven development (TDD) practices to enhance software quality
  • Monitor production environments and troubleshoot issues to maintain system performance and stability
  • Drive code quality improvement initiatives and enforce best coding practices
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce development techniques
  • Enhance team velocity by effectively managing development streams in alignment with project timelines
  • Play a customer-facing role, proposing suitable technical solutions that solve customers' needs and presenting these solutions to the customer
  • Use team leadership techniques (e.g., motivation, delegation, resolving conflicts, ownership) to manage and develop the team
  • Support designing system components or whole solutions, explaining the pros and cons of proposed solutions and comparing design patterns used on projects
  • Provide technical leadership, solving technical and non-technical impediments, and planning teamwork effectively

  • Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, CI/CD, and TDD
  • Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I and II, Platform App Builder, Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant
  • Deep technical experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions using Apex programming language; understanding of code quality metrics and implications on software performance
  • Capability to develop and oversee large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations in cooperation with Technical Architects
  • Background in integrating Salesforce with various systems using and middleware solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively monitor and optimize production environments
  • Experience in designing system components or whole solutions, with knowledge of architecture styles (e.g., SOA, event-driven architecture, microservices)
  • Practical experience providing technical leadership to team members and clients, and the ability to solve technical and non-technical impediments
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
