Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee various Python-based software systems
  • Code in a manner that is maintainable, reusable, testable, and efficient
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to conceptualize, design, and debut exciting features
  • Identify and resolve bugs, modify existing code, and run unit tests on Python applications
  • Stay informed about upcoming industry trends and technologies
  • Engage in every phase of software development
  • Follow best practices in software engineering and adopt effective methodologies
  • Improve application performance and capacity
  • Support the ongoing improvement of our development procedures
  • Share technical insights and expertise with team members
Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field
  • 5+ years of Python development proficiency
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Expertise in framework design and execution using Python
  • Proficiency in widely used stacks, agile practices, and the CI/CD process
  • Familiarity with databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (Apache), and container technologies (Kubernetes or OpenShift)
  • Capability to work with DevOps platforms like GitLab
  • Proficiency in resolving complex technical issues and strong problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with the FX industry
