We are seeking a Lead Prompt Engineer with expertise in Prompt Engineering and Software Development to join our team.
This role requires fluency in Korean and English and involves leading the development and optimization of prompt configurations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data software engineering, Agile development and team leadership, working closely with Business Analysts and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and optimization of prompt configurations to meet client-specific requirements
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in prompt engineering and software development
• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient and accurate prompt solutions aligned with project goals
• Analyze prompt input and output data to continuously refine and optimize performance
• Ensure project delivery aligns with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management and regular reviews
• Act as the primary liaison with client stakeholders for discussions related to prompt engineering and technical development
• Stay updated with advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and prompt engineering to bring innovative solutions to the team

• 6+ years of experience in data software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on prompt engineering and optimization
• Fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) to work effectively with bilingual stakeholders
• Proven experience in prompt engineering with a strong understanding of LLMs and NLP techniques
• Hands-on experience in software development using relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or other modern development frameworks)
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and leading software development teams
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex prompt inputs and outputs and optimize performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a bilingual environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing Agile teams in technical development projects
