We are seeking an experienced Lead Performance Tester to coordinate and lead our performance testing initiatives.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong capabilities in Apache JMeter, load testing, performance analysis, performance optimization, and performance testing tools. The preferred candidate will also have experience with Datadog and SQL. The candidate should have substantial experience in stress and soak testing.

Responsibilities
- Execute stress and soak testing
- Build reactive and proactive performance measurement dashboards in Datadog (future plans)
- Align with technical and business stakeholders on performance NFRs
- Perform performance benchmarks, load testing, and performance analysis
- Drive the performance testing process on the project
- Explain performance issues to the development team to aid in their investigations and improve performance in functional parts
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 1+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Strong capabilities in Apache JMeter, load testing, performance analysis, performance optimization, and performance testing tools
- Experience in customer and project interviews
- Fluent English level (B2)
- Experience with Datadog and SQL
