We are looking for a Lead Performance Test Engineer to be part of our team.
You will play a key role in building an Automated Test Suite as part of our Tech Debt Remediation Program across a variety of Java-based projects. If you have a strong enthusiasm for performance testing and automation, we welcome your application.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Develop baseline performance testing scripts for Java-based systems
- Capture and document baseline performance metrics to evaluate system functionality pre-modernization
- Integrate performance testing workflows within CI/CD pipelines for automated validations
- Pinpoint performance bottlenecks and deliver actionable recommendations for resolution
- Prepare detailed performance test reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Collaborate with development teams to align testing efforts with modernization objectives
- Maintain and improve upon existing performance testing frameworks and tools
- Conduct code reviews to uphold testing best practices
- Provide support for diagnosing and solving performance-related issues
- Remain informed about emerging trends in performance testing and automation

- 5+ years of experience in performance testing
- Proficiency in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, or similar for performance scripting
- Strong ability to analyze and document performance benchmarks
- Proficiency in integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines with tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
- Familiarity with Java applications and associated testing methodologies
- Understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile workflows
- Fluency in English
