Lead Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced remote Operations Lead/Coordinator to manage one of the operations units within EPAM Technical Interview Service, overseeing a team of 30 specialists across multiple time zones. This role focuses on ensuring the efficient and timely completion of tasks, tracking team's and individual productivity, resolving escalations, and maintaining seamless communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely execution of processes/ tasks within assigned timelines
  • Lead and manage three operational streams across India, Europe, and Latin America, while mentoring stream leads for optimal performance
  • Handle escalations, resolve conflicts, and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders
  • Maintain and update project documentation in Confluence to support team efficiency and provide clarity
  • Collaborate with the product team to suggest and track improvements to the internal platform
  • Use Power BI and other analytical tools to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for continuous improvement

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience managing remote teams
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage tight deadlines
  • Quick learner with the ability to make fast, informed decisions
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments and locations
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop team members
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or higher)
