Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using .NET technologies
• Architect and implement scalable and high-performing applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver robust solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices and design patterns
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of .NET framework and proficiency in C#
• Experience in architecture design and implementation of enterprise-level applications
• Strong understanding of design patterns and their application in software development
• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions such as Forgerock, Okta, etc
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• English B2+
