We are looking for an experienced Lead JavaScript Developer specializing in ReactJS and NextJS to join and lead our team of front-end developers. This role involves both hands-on development and leadership responsibilities, ensuring the front-end layer of our application aligns seamlessly with organizational goals.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of front-end developers in designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces using ReactJS and NextJS
- Collaborate with other Lead Developers (Sitecore, API) during refinement sessions to create solutions based on customer inputs and Business Analysts' specifications
- Make key technical decisions and align on technical implementation during refinement sessions
- Author technical implementation descriptions for user stories
- Guide, direct, and resolve any technical issues faced by the front-end team
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews and adhering to best practices in development
- Streamline deployment and monitoring processes
- Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast loading and responsive application interfaces

- 5+ years of experience in front-end development
- Strong technical and leadership skills
- Role model capabilities for a team
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Expertise in ReactJS and NextJS
- Skills in HTML5 and CSS3
- Knowledge of Jest for unit testing
- Demonstrated experience leading development teams
