Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on software solution design, development, and testing
- Manage project timelines and define project specifications
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to optimize software performance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative work environment
- 5+ years of experience in React and JavaScript
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Competency in Node.js and Microsoft Azure
- Fluent English language skills (B2+)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
