Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of innovative web applications, ensuring high quality and performance
- Guide and mentor the development team, providing technical leadership and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and standards
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in JavaScript development
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions for web applications
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address project requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to foster their professional growth
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security best practices, and performance optimization
- At least 5 years of experience working as a JavaScript Developer in a professional setting
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience, successfully leading and mentoring a team
- Expertise in Amazon Web Services, Angular, MongoDB, and Node.js, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong understanding of web application development and architecture, including RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience in designing and implementing database solutions using MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases
- Solid understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors and build tools
- Experience in optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Familiarity with testing and debugging processes and tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- B2+ English level
- Experience in building and deploying applications on AWS infrastructure
- Familiarity with other frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js
