Responsibilities
- Define and implement the technical architecture and roadmaps for software development projects
- Lead the strategic planning and design of software systems, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical strategies
- Oversee the development process, providing technical leadership, and mentoring to the development team
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to our goals
- Ensure system integrity and security with appropriate technological solutions
- Optimize existing systems for improved performance and scalability
- Manage risks associated with information technology architectures and processes
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the tech team

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or CTO, preferably within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to the project needs
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
