We are seeking a Lead JavaScript Developer to work closely with customer stakeholders and coordinate offshore teams in the active development and support of our products.
This role involves creating or managing the creation of technical solution documents, overseeing engineering for various streams, and providing on-call support.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to fully understand their technical needs
- Oversee offshore teams, ensuring efficient and effective product development and support
- Manage the creation and maintenance of technical solution documentation
- Provide engineering supervision across different product streams and staff augmentation
- Participate in on-call support rotation to address critical issues as they arise
- Streamline development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality
- Foster a productive and collaborative environment among distributed team members
- Optimize technical design processes to improve product performance and scalability
- Communicate regularly with all team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress

- 5+ years of experience in software development using JavaScript
- Background in people management, including leading a distributed team of 5+ engineers
- Comfortable in customer-facing roles involving technical stakeholders
- Experience with offshore team collaboration
- Proficiency in Java and AWS
- Familiarity with micro-services architecture
- Knowledge of product mindset in product development is highly valued
- Flexibility to adjust the working schedule for better overlap with the offshore team (EET/CET)
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
