As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for driving productivity and ensuring top-quality code from the development team. With a strong background in Java technologies, including Kubernetes and Spring Boot, you'll guide projects from conception to deployment, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct the code of other team members
• Provide technical guidance and suggestions to improve productivity
• Lead the coding and development of complex Java applications
• Ensure adherence to best programming practices and quality standards
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Maintain and optimize existing systems for maximum efficiency and scalability
• Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth
• Handle integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into operations and activities
• Interface directly with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

• Minimum of six years working experience in Java development
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Spring Boot
• Two years of experience working with React and Azure
• Competency in using cloud databases such as Cosmos, Cassandra, or other relational databases
• Background in coding with a division of 60% Backend and 40% Frontend
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting
• Fluent English language skills, equivalent to B2+ level

• Skills in React Material UI
• Experience with video processing, management, or generation
• Background in media-related machine learning or artificial intelligence applications
