Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform product visions into innovative technical solutions
- Lead large-scale e-commerce initiatives with emphasis on front-end development and marketing technology connections
- Architect personalization strategies using knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Design A/B testing frameworks and evaluate outcomes to refine user experience
- Use data-driven insights to optimize product features
- Create strategies aimed at improving search engine optimization
- Diagnose and resolve web performance issues to enhance the frontend stack

- At least 2 years of experience in technical product management, e-commerce frontend development, or marketing technology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and expertise in personalization strategies
- Background in integrating A/B testing tools and familiarity with ReactJS
- Capability to design and improve e-commerce sub-domains
- Proficiency in Next.js or Flutter
- Familiarity with SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement or other e-commerce platforms such as CommerceTools
- Understanding of backend development for comprehensive system architecture awareness
