We are looking for a proficient Lead Go Language Developer to enhance our engineering team.

In this role, you will take charge of designing, implementing, and deploying new or enhanced services and APIs to augment new product features. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust technical abilities, engage in team collaborations, and drive advancements in engineering standards within a dynamic, innovative setting.

Responsibilities
- Maintain communications with customers and address their requests expediently
- Develop and uphold infrastructure for unit and automated tests
- Formulate, execute, and uphold scalable and high-performance services
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to assess broader technical impacts of design choices
- Engage in code reviews to uphold quality, facilitate knowledge sharing, and follow best practices
- Lead or assist in developing technical design proposals and proof of concepts
- Promote engineering best practices across the organization
- Enhance operational excellence by extending meticulous testing and monitoring of systems and code, creating detailed documentation, and participating in on-call shifts

- At least 5 years of total software development experience
- Minimum 4 years of robust experience in Go
- Over 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in gRPC
- Significant expertise in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based web services and microservices, preferably with AWS
- Knowledge of container technology, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Detail orientation with a commitment to code quality, best practices, continuous delivery, and automated testing
- Flexibility to adapt to various tools and technologies
- Capability to work independently with customers
- English proficiency level B2 or higher
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Proficiency in TypeScript
- Understanding of Redis
- Background in Python
- Competency in content management systems like Contentful
