We are looking for an experienced Lead Go Language Developer to oversee the development and maintenance of advanced software solutions utilizing Go Language and ReactJS.
The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise and leadership skills to guide a team of developers and engineers. This fully remote position requires strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively improve and create features, integrate third-party services, and actively engage in customer and project dialogues.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of software solutions using ReactJS and Go Language
- Write and oversee the implementation of tests for React/TypeScript
- Mentor and collaborate with a team of developers and engineers to enhance and develop new features
- Spearhead integrations with 3rd party services
- Conduct and lead customer and project interviews to ensure project requirements are met
- Innovate and strategize to improve existing processes and solutions

- 5+ years of professional working experience
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing technical teams
- Expertise in Docker and TypeScript
- Background in React or other UI Frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in writing tests for React/TypeScript
- English proficiency at a B2+ level
- Knowledge of AWS Lambda, AWS Simple Queue Service, AWS Simple Storage Service
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Skill set in Elasticsearch, HashiCorp Vault, ReactJS, Redis, SQL
