We are seeking an experienced Lead Full-Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team.
As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading the development of our software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications with clean, efficient code that responds to user needs and aligns with our product objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop top-tier software solutions using Java, Angular, and Spring
  • Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Debug and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers
  • Engage actively in Agile ceremonies
  • Utilize software version control with tools like GitHub
  • Enhance workflow through CI/CD pipelines
  • Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Continually enhance and optimize code and systems
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements

  • Proficiency in Java, Angular, and Spring
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development
  • At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Robust problem-solving abilities and debugging capabilities
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Effective collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills for clear conveyance of technical concepts
  • Experience with software version control systems such as GitHub
